Interim Director of Communications.

Providing strategic communication support during a time of transformation.

I worked with CSM for 6-month to help the college deliver strategic communications as interim Director of Communications.  

The challenge.

Central Saint Martins (CSM) were in the process of delivering some big organisational transformation projects on top of business as usual. They required an interim Director of Communication to help guide the communications team and advise the college executive team on communications, engagement and reputational management during this period.

The impact.

I helped develop a more strategic way of thinking around communications within the college which provided the executive team to have more assurance with forward planning of communications and milestones across the 2024/25 academic year. I oversaw a communications strategy around their annual summer showcase and led on the strategy and communications of CSM’s new structure of schools which came into effect from September 2024.
